Customer-Supplied Item Policy

Customer-supplied items

Items you bring me are embroidered at your own risk. Embroidery is done on a commercial machine, and it is permanent. The needle punctures the fabric thousands of times and the stitches cannot be removed without leaving marks.

I take care with every piece and will tell you before starting if I think an item will not hold up. Even so, machines are machines. A thread break, a needle strike, a hoop slip, or a fabric that shifts mid-design can damage a garment despite every precaution, and those things happen without warning. If that happens to an item you supplied, I cannot replace it or reimburse you for it. Thin, stretchy, loosely woven, or previously worn garments carry more of this risk.

Items must arrive clean. Labor is not refundable once stitching has begun. If you would rather not take the risk, I am happy to supply the blank instead.
